We tasted this at the food show in June and kept on going back for more, it was so good.

Scandic Christmas Cheese is a natural cow’s milk cheese with a mild, creamy flavor. Considered a “household cheese” in Sweden for its incredible versatility for everyday use.  The cheese is not pink.

It slices and melts beautifully! Enhancing your favorite recipes and salads; it pairs perfectly with hors d'oeuvres and a wide variety of wines such as a Pinot Noir or Chardonnay. All natural, no preservatives.

Scandic Christmas Cheese has a creamy and smooth consistency with a delightful peppery, nutty flavor.  It is dried which creates a firmer texture and is aged for 11 months, giving it a deep rich flavor.  Christmas Cheese is the perfect addition to any holiday table.
