You can enjoy Spekulatius biscuits in many ways - from snacking to dunking in coffee or tea, or crumbled and added to yoghurt. No matter the way, they all share the same exquisite flavor profile - a blend of top-notch spices that enhance the classic short pastry. Originating in the Belgian/Dutch region, Spekulatius biscuits were popularized in Germany through Westphalia and the Rhineland. Their original decoration was an image of Saint Nicholas, but now are available with many other motifs.
