Knorr Fix Gemüse Moussaka (Vegetable Moussaka)

Knorr Fix Lecker Veggie Gemüse Moussaka is a spice mix that brings the flair of Greece into the kitchen. The spice mix makes a tasty oven dish with sustainably grown vegetables. Knorr. Good, simply delicious 

Steps: 1) Peel 600 g potatoes. Cut them into thin slices. Cut 2 (750 g) aubergines and 1 (300 g) zucchini into slices about 3 mm thick. Sprinkle the aubergines with ½ teaspoon salt (about 2 g). Fry the vegetables in batches in a pan in 3 tablespoons of hot olive oil. 2) Stir the mix into 400 ml cold water. Add the potatoes. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. 3) In a large casserole dish, alternate layers of potatoes, sauce and vegetables. Start with sauce and finish with aubergines. Mix 2 eggs (size M) with 150 g yogurt (10% fat). Spread the mixture over the casserole. Bake the moussaka in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan oven: 150°C) for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
