The cream gives cakes, muffins or tarts a fruity aroma with the freeze-dried strawberry pieces and strawberry powder it contains. The strawberry cream is also suitable as a cake filling and as an outer frosting for various pastry creations, such as a sweet strawberry blossom cake.
