White summer truffle salt is a mixture of table salt, white summer truffle pieces and flavouring.  This salt is delicious on mashed potatoes, risotto, pasta, omelettes or grilled meats.
Ingredients: Spanish salt, Tuber Aestivum truffle pieces (4.5% truffle used), Tuber magnatum truffle flavouring (1%).

The exceptional blend of 5 peppers with warm and subtle aromas offers an explosion of flavors. Each of the 5 peppers brings different and original notes: white pepper citrus notes, green pepper a spicy fragrance, black pepper warm flavors, red pepper fruity notes and finally Voantsy Perifery pepper a woody fragrance.
Ingredients: Malabar white pepper, Malabar black pepper, dehydrated green pepper, Kampot red pepper, Voantsy Perifery wild pepper.
