Dr. Knoll Rösti

Dr. Knoll's Swiss-style shredded potato "roesti" is an excellent accompaniment to any dish.  Easy to prepare in less than 15 minutes.  Empty the bag into the pan with hot oil, turn as they cook, and serve.
